  2. Treatment plan: areas (forehead and brows, cheeks, jawline, under-chin, neck), intensity or dose, and the expected course are explained.
  3. Preparation: cleansing, then anaesthesia — numbing cream, with pain relief if needed.
  4. Treatment: performed with Ultherapy PRIME, taking about 30–90 minutes depending on area and lines.
  5. Calming and going home: soothing care if needed and aftercare instructions. Downtime: minimal (temporary redness, swelling or tingling).

How it works

Micro-focused ultrasound (MFU) is delivered while the layers are checked on real-time ultrasound imaging, creating tiny thermal points in the dermis and the SMAS (fascia) layer. Tissue contracts and new collagen forms during healing, so firmness improves gradually.
