Step-by-step

  1. Consultation: Dr. Lee Da-in reviews your concerns (sagging cheeks and jawline, jowls and double-chin line), medical history, medications and past treatments.
  2. Treatment plan: areas (cheeks, jawline, around the nasolabial folds, neck), intensity or dose, and the expected course are explained.
  3. Preparation: cleansing, then anaesthesia — local anaesthesia.
  4. Treatment: performed with Dissolvable threads (PDO, PCL and others), taking about 30–60 minutes.
  5. Calming and going home: soothing care if needed and aftercare instructions. Downtime: swelling, tightness or bruising for about 1–2 weeks.

How it works

Barbed (cog) dissolvable threads are placed under the skin to lift and anchor sagging tissue. As the threads absorb, they stimulate collagen around them.

Tell the doctor before treatment

  • Recent procedures and dates
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Tendency to keloid scarring
