Step-by-step

  1. Consultation: Dr. Lee Da-in reviews your concerns (enlarged pores, depressed acne scars), medical history, medications and past treatments.
  2. Treatment plan: areas (cheeks, forehead, around the nose, scarred areas), intensity or dose, and the expected course are explained.
  3. Preparation: cleansing, then anaesthesia — numbing cream.
  4. Treatment: performed with Potenza and U-Pulse CO2, taking about 30–60 minutes (plus numbing time).
  5. Calming and going home: soothing care if needed and aftercare instructions. Downtime: redness for 2–3 days after Potenza; small scabs for about 5–7 days after fractional CO2.

How it works

Large pores and acne scars relate to damaged dermal collagen. Microneedling radiofrequency (Potenza) delivers heat and micro-injury to the dermis, and fractional CO2 laser (U-Pulse CO2) creates micro-columns that trigger regeneration.
