InMode Procedure: Step by Step from Consultation to Going Home

InMode follows consultation and skin assessment, cleansing and anaesthesia (usually not needed), the treatment itself (about 20–40 minutes), then calming care and aftercare instructions.

Step-by-step

  1. Consultation: Dr. Lee Da-in reviews your concerns (under-chin and jawline fat, v-line), medical history, medications and past treatments.
  2. Treatment plan: areas (under-chin, jawline, cheeks, around the eyes), intensity or dose, and the expected course are explained.
  3. Preparation: cleansing, then anaesthesia — usually not needed.
  4. Treatment: performed with InMode FX & Forma, taking about 20–40 minutes.
  5. Calming and going home: soothing care if needed and aftercare instructions. Downtime: minimal (some swelling or soreness after FX).

How it works

InMode is a radiofrequency platform. The FX mode uses high-voltage pulses on localized fat cells, and the Forma mode heats the dermis to contract collagen and improve firmness.
